We live in a time when scientific advancements should be improving our health, reducing the number of sick people, and leading to less medication use. The reality is quite the opposite.

There's an overconsumption of foods that don't nourish the body, filled with chemicals and addictive substances. This leads to a state of "malnutrition on a full stomach," combined with mental stress, resulting in increased illness and decreased quality of life.

Natural, human-appropriate food can be diverse, delicious, and most importantly – disease-preventing.

Healthy eating is often labeled as unappetizing, which is unjustified. Firstly, taste is an acquired preference. People who are used to eating, for example, buckwheat from a young age love it, and to them, it's tasty. Likewise, every food requires that we train our taste buds to try it and give healthy foods another chance. You can also cook differently and add good spices. Even if it doesn't work, there's a wide range of other options to incorporate into your diet. Many have decided to make a change and succeeded, slowly and surely, in adding good food, and naturally, harmful food was left out.

The biochemistry of the human body strives to be stable – the body's health depends primarily on the ability to maintain homeostasis (balance). Inadequate nutrition causes imbalance, exposing the body to diseases, l'chaim.

All health studies demonstrate a direct link between diet and today's diseases. Consuming improper food can cause illness, while appropriate food is supposed to prevent diseases. Even for those who have fallen ill, Hashem in His mercy has created mechanisms for repair and health improvement within our bodies.

Despite advancements in many fields, the human body hasn't changed. Everyone needs light, air, sleep, the right climate, calmness, and nutritious food to exist. Advertisements mislead us into believing that processed food is suitable for us, even though its color, taste, scent, and natural composition have been altered. Our bodies haven't changed; therefore, only physiologically suitable natural food will bring us health and quality of life. It's not easy, even challenging, but possible.

Every small change can bring benefits and lead to additional transformations.

Poor and industrialized nutrition detracts from health and increases the risk of disease.
