#VALUE!
"Pray for my son – Lavie ben Orit who is in Gaza," was the request from Orit Gihasi, mother of Lavie Gihasi of blessed memory, less than a day before he fell in battle in northern Gaza. "Atara, great job, I trust that you are praying; your prayer is important to me," she added.
These words were spoken by Gihasi to her niece, Atara Gihasi, a remarkable and outstanding young woman studying at 'Beit Esther' high school from the 'Tzohar Halev' network. As part of her expression classes in school, Atara wanted to interview her aunt, a social worker in the Department of Social Services of the Rehovot Municipality and mother of two soldiers fighting in Gaza.
"What is your son doing in Gaza?" she asked in the interview, and also inquired further: "Are you in touch with your son?" and "How do you feel about it? Are you scared or worried?" Atara concluded the conversation by asking for the full names of the boys fighting, so she and her friends could pray for them.
As mentioned, less than a day later, the news spread of the fall in battle in northern Gaza of Nahal Brigade fighter Lavie Gihasi of blessed memory, a resident of Hashmonaim and son of Yaakov and Orit Gihasi.
