In What Ways Can Muktzeh Be Moved on Shabbat?
It is permitted to move muktzeh by blowing on it, and this is not considered handling muktzeh [Shulchan Aruch 308, 43].
Similarly, the prohibition against moving muktzeh only applies when moving it in the normal manner, but if one moves it in an unusual way, such as with one's feet or elbows, it is permitted (Chazon Ovadia 3, p. 167).
If Muktzeh Came Into One's Hand on Shabbat, Whether Permitted or Forbidden, Is It Allowed to Continue Handling It?
Muktzeh that has already reached one's hand may be taken wherever desired and even passed from hand to hand, but it is forbidden to give it to someone else to put the muktzeh in its place (Chazon Ovadia 3, p. 59).
