#VALUE!
If clothes were hung out to dry improperly, is it permissible to wear them on Shabbat?
If the clothes were hung out intentionally in violation of Shabbat, it is forbidden to benefit from these garments on Shabbat. However, if done unintentionally, it is permitted since any unintentional violation of a rabbinical prohibition is not forbidden for benefit [Halichot Olam, p. 3, Vayechi].
Is it permissible to remove laundry on Shabbat?
Clothes that were washed before Shabbat and hung on the clothesline before Shabbat may be removed from the line on Shabbat for the purpose of wearing them that day. Even if at twilight (between sunset and nightfall) the clothes were still slightly damp and had enough moisture to dampen something else (tofe'ach al menat lehatfi'ach), it is still permitted to remove them from the line on Shabbat to wear them that day. We do not apply the principle that "since it was designated as muktzeh at twilight, it remains muktzeh for the entire day." There is no difference in this matter between winter and summer months, as long as there is reason to believe the clothes will dry during the course of Shabbat. [Yalkut Yosef Shabbat 2, page 69].
