If one ate green grapes and blessed *shehecheyanu*, should they also bless for red grapes?

Red and green grapes are considered as the same species, and if one blessed on one, they cannot bless on the other. The rule is if there is a difference in name, appearance, and taste, one should bless each species individually [Chazon Ovadia, pp. 446–447].

Similarly, one who blessed *shehecheyanu* on a peach is not allowed to bless again for a fruit called "nectarine," as they are both types of peaches.
