What blessing is made over a tortilla?
A tortilla made from wheat flour that has a thick consistency requires the blessing of Hamotzi, and each piece weighs at least thirty-five grams, therefore even if an entire piece is fried, its blessing remains Hamotzi.
However, a tortilla made from corn flour requires the blessing of Shehakol.
What blessing is made over bread with raisins?
For bread with raisins, one should recite the blessing of Hamotzi unless the dough is sweet [Mishnah Berurah 168:30].
