Moist food due to pickling brine, such as olives or pickled cucumbers, is considered like cooked food. If eaten with a fork, one does not need to wash hands since there are two mitigating factors, and likewise if eating less than a kazayit [Mishnah Berurah 158, 26].

Does one who eats meat cooked in water with their hands need to wash their hands?

One who eats meat that was cooked in water needs to wash their hands if there is moisture on the meat. If eating with a fork, one does not need to wash their hands [Shulchan Aruch 158, 5].
