5. Yes, you've heard this a million times, but you might not feel like making this change: caffeine. Reduce it as much as possible from your daily consumption, as it makes hemorrhoids occur more frequently.
Remember this list of foods to avoid. Although it's only a partial list, these foods are more likely to cause hemorrhoids:
Wheat products, citrus fruits and summer fruits, tomatoes, cow's milk and its products, peanuts.
The do's are:

2. Incorporate these foods into your daily consumption: Chinese cabbage, sweet potato, soybeans, and celery.
3. Start consuming foods high in dietary fiber and drink plenty of water alongside.
4. What to do if the pain has already surprised you and arrived? One well-known home remedy for treating hemorrhoids is to use ice, as it constricts blood vessels. Wrap an ice cube in a piece of cloth and place it on the painful area for fifteen minutes. Repeat the process as needed, even several times a day. At the same time, drink several glasses of water, as water helps relieve the pain and stops the bleeding.
