What do you need?
1.5 cups soy drink, preferably with reduced sweetness
1 carrot
1 cup frozen berries / 8 strawberries
1 cube ginger root
1 kiwi
1 large orange
1 green apple
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
A little chia seeds
A little flax seeds
How to prepare:
Peel the carrot and cut it into small cubes.
Peel the kiwi and halve it.
Peel the orange and separate it into segments. Remove seeds, if any.
Peel the apple, cut into quarters and remove the core.
Put all the smoothie ingredients in a strong blender bowl, and blend at high speed into a thick smoothie.

What do you need?
2 star anise
1 lemon
3 clove sticks
3 cinnamon sticks
1 turmeric bulb
1 orange
1/2 ginger root
2 cups boiling water
Optional: apple, kiwi, strawberry, berries, chili or fresh mint leaves
How to prepare:
Wash well and slice the orange and lemon. Thinly slice ginger root and turmeric bulb.
Place all the ingredients in a clear serving container, and pour the boiling water over everything. It can be served immediately when hot, or wait for it to cool down.
Healthy Smoothie that's also a Treat
This sweet smoothie contains many important vitamins as well as minerals, which help boost the immune system, prevent diseases, and treat existing ones. Oh, and it's delicious.
What do you need?
100 ml almond milk or soy milk
1 banana
1 tablespoon cold-pressed peanut butter
1 tablespoon cocoa (preferably high-quality)
A handful of baby greens
1 date
How to prepare:
Put all the ingredients in a blender bowl, and blend together into a smoothie with a uniform texture.
Tomato Smoothie
You probably didn't think of this idea - but it's tasty and will add a lot of health.
What do you need?
4 carrots
1 celery stalk
6 tomatoes
2 teaspoons lemon juice
A little salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Ice cubes
How to prepare:
Peel the carrots and cut them into cubes. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
Freeze the tomatoes and carrots for half an hour.
Take out only the tomatoes, put them in the blender and grind. Once they're crushed, add the carrot cubes and continue blending.
Chop the celery stalk into cubes about 1 cm in size. Add the celery cubes to the blender, along with salt and pepper, and continue blending.
Also add the lemon juice and ice cubes, and blend everything until you get a smoothie with a smooth and uniform texture.
Green Smoothie Packed with Health
What do you need?
1 cup sliced avocado
1 cup mango cubes
1/2 cup spinach
1 teaspoon spirulina powder
1 teaspoon cocoa
1/2 cup water
How to prepare?
Peel the mango and avocado, and wash the spinach well. Put all three in a blender bowl along with the cocoa and spirulina, and blend to a uniform mixture. Add water - you can also add ice, to get a frothy and cold texture.
Drink immediately.
