Falling Into Overeating Again? It's Not Your Fault

Our current reality is a direct result of deep-seated beliefs in our subconscious, and unless we change these beliefs, we can't change our reality.

How many times have you decided to lose weight, stick to a diet, stop snacking, exercise, and say goodbye to those extra pounds

How many times have you decided to do everything to slim down, only to find yourself giving up after a few days? Then... you got mad at yourself? Decided that you lack enough willpower and persistence? The fact is, you fell into overeating again.

Why does this happen?

It's not because you lack willpower or because there's something wrong with you.

The reason lies in your belief system, rooted deeply in your subconscious, beliefs formed through our childhood experiences and solidified there.

Like, for example, a phrase said to you that you then repeat to yourself: You're as fat as your aunt; at your age, metabolism slows down; nothing you do will help; you lack self-control; you're a failure...

When we're born, and particularly during our first decade, our brain is not fully developed and operates at slow brainwave frequencies like delta, theta, and alpha, which are brainwaves for a hypnotic state. At these frequencies, the brain works like a recording device - capturing events, phrases, and experiences, forming beliefs about the world and ourselves.

Our subconscious is much stronger than our conscious mind, and it will always win.

The current reality in our lives is a direct result of the deeply ingrained beliefs in our subconscious, and until we change these beliefs, we cannot alter our reality.

If you hold a belief that overweight people are good people, that you're a loser, that you have no chance to slim down, that food controls you - there is no chance you will succeed in losing weight and maintaining it because these beliefs keep you from making a change.

Let's be honest, who doesn't want to be a "good person"? It's even more important than being slim and toned... so the subconscious will always lead you to that state of "overweight people are good people".

So, what can you do?

Don't worry. There's no need to dig into your childhood and undergo a transformation .You can undergo transformation without delving into the past.

The special thing about the treatment method through the subconscious and NLP is that you don't need to pinpoint the event that created the belief ,but it suffices to use positive affirmations that you choose to adopt with the help of imagination.

We learn to create a clear and precise vision, projecting it in our imagination, like screening a movie of our future self.

We do this through a combination of meditation with calming music and deep, slow breathing, as in relaxation, the brain becomes hypnotic.

When we use imagination to project a movie, we influence the subconscious, instilling it with new beliefs that affect our choices and the physiology of our body.

In this state, within relaxation, you can create your vision exactly as you want to be and look.

In my next article, I will explain how to change the subconscious beliefs and instill new ones.
