Flavonoids, polyphenols, and riboflavin may be names you don't know, but power punch, iron, and digestive system strengthening are words you certainly recognize and wish for when it comes to your health.
How can you achieve this? In one word: dates.
If you are healthy individuals wanting to boost your body's systems and give yourself a significant energy boost throughout the day, it's worth starting your morning with dates for the simple reason that they are an incredible energy bomb packed with vitamins, minerals, and dietary fibers.
Dates also contain folic acid, calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, zinc, vitamin A, vitamin K, and vitamin B.

Among the good things that will happen to you if you eat two dates every morning and essentially start your day with them: detoxification, heart strengthening and health improvement, anemia prevention, bone and muscle strengthening, improved eye and skin health, and more.
A study conducted by Technion researchers found that eating dates helps protect against atherosclerosis. "There was concern that since it is a 'sugar bomb', a diet rich in dates might increase blood sugar levels," notes Professor Michael Aviram from the Rappaport Faculty of Medicine at the Technion, who has been researching the benefits of various fruits and vegetables and their impact on our health for years.

According to him, in a study conducted on healthy participants, it was found that eating one hundred grams of dates per day for about a month not only did not increase blood sugar levels, but significantly reduced triglyceride levels (blood fats and bad cholesterol levels).
And a bit from the sources: It's interesting to note that dates appear as a sign for treating fears, and those who consume them daily are saved from fears and live more peaceful lives (as mentioned in the book 'Aviah Segulot' and in the name of Rabbi Shlomo Ofer).
