A bandage that can be attached to the body with adhesive
100 ml of water
Chopped onion
Two chopped garlic cloves
Socks
How to use the solution:
Boil the onion and garlic in a pot with the water, and bring to a boil.
Wait for the solution to cool, then soak the middle of the bandage in it (without getting the adhesive part wet).
Stick the bandage with the adhesive to the sole of your foot, cover with a sock, and leave it in this state overnight.
When you remove the bandage the next day, you will see it has changed color to a darker shade - a clear sign that many toxins have been absorbed.
