An article published a few months ago in the health section of Fox News highlights an intriguing phenomenon in Hollywood: many actors are reporting a hair growth tip that even surprises their doctors.
There are two main methods using beer for hair, and we will present both. But first, it should be noted that researchers examining beer ingredients found a mineral called silica, which is known for its phenomenal ability to give hair shine, volume, and vitality.
"Beer is the third most consumed drink in the world, but few know it's great as a hair care product. I wash my hair with it to avoid baldness or hair loss. Even my doctor was shocked when I told him," one actress stated.
Some people are skeptical of this solution, claiming it leaves a bad smell that's hard to get rid of, but Hollywood hairstylist Marc Mena advises pouring beer on the hair from the roots, leaving it for 3-4 minutes, then rinsing with cold water. After that, apply conditioner and rinse thoroughly, and the smell disappears.
Besides silica, beer contains ingredients like iron, magnesium, phosphorus, and vitamin B, all known individually for their effectiveness in hair care and growth.
The first method for hair growth with beer:
Pour beer from the roots along the hair, wait four minutes, and rinse with cold water. Repeat the process once a week.
The second method for hair growth with beer:
You will need: half a cup of beer, a tablespoon of honey, a mashed banana, one egg yolk, and a shower cap. Mix all the ingredients, apply them to the hair from the roots, and massage the scalp thoroughly. Leave the mixture on the head for about two hours, then wash thoroughly with regular shampoo and a pleasantly scented conditioner to remove the strong alcohol smell. Repeat the process once a week.
