Is it permissible to carry the Four Species on Shabbat?

It is forbidden to carry the lulav and its species on Shabbat because they are considered muktzeh, but an etrog is permitted to be handled since it is suitable for its fragrance [Chazon Ovadia p. 375].

Is it permissible for a vendor to sell grafted etrogim?

A merchant who sells grafted etrogim transgresses the prohibition of "Do not place a stumbling block before the blind" and the prohibition of "Do not wrong one another" [Yalkut Yosef, Four Species, p. 275].
