#VALUE!
Is it permitted to give candy to children on Yom Kippur?
During all fasts commemorating the destruction of the Temple, one should avoid indulging children [550 Mishnah Berurah 5]. However, Yom Kippur is considered a holiday and a day of joy for the atonement of our sins, therefore it is appropriate to gather groups of children even on Yom Kippur to teach them Torah, and there is no prohibition against distributing candy to them as usual.
Is it permitted to wipe one's face or hands with wet wipes?
One should not wipe their face or hands with wet wipes on Yom Kippur since they contain enough liquid to transfer moisture (tofe'ach al menat lehatpi'ach), which would violate the prohibition of washing.
