Of course, this is not to dismiss these methods, but nevertheless, we wanted to recommend a few simpler tips that can work wonders on your skin, and particularly on your facial skin, if you stick to them:

1. Drink plenty - Make sure to drink 10 glasses of water or any other beverage, preferably sugar-free, throughout the day.
2. Vegetables - Eat plenty of vegetables that contain vitamins A and C, such as lettuce and napa cabbage.
3. Fiber intake - It is recommended to consume plenty of vegetables, grains, and legumes that contain fibers, to avoid constipation.
4. Avoid the sun - It is important to avoid excessive sun exposure.
5. Olive oil - Make sure to consume 2 tablespoons of olive oil or canola oil each day.
6. Say 'no' to fried food - Avoid eating food deep-fried in oil.
7. Avoid drastic weight loss – Something that causes the appearance of wrinkles in the skin. To maintain the skin, it is important for weight loss to be controlled and gradual.
