Yes, It's Candida
In the digestive system, it is important to treat the root cause and not just the symptoms. What are the main health challenges?

In recent articles, we have addressed various topics related to dealing with the health challenges that winter presents. In this article, I would like to touch on different health challenges that the digestive system presents.
A few months ago, a young woman came to me complaining about pain in various parts of her body. I photographed her eyes, and the results showed a significant weakness in her digestive system, which was saturated with toxins. Additionally, there were signs of stress and a heavy load on the nervous system. Indeed, after questioning, it became clear that the young woman suffered from digestive issues: constipation, gas, and stomach pain. She also suffered from headaches, eye irritation, breathing difficulties, allergies, phlegm, and skin itching... It was further revealed that her preferred food was one rich in sugars and sweets in general. I suspected she was suffering from a fungal infection in the digestive system, which could cause the various symptoms she was experiencing, so I suggested she have it checked in a specialized laboratory.
A few days later, the laboratory indeed confirmed the suspicion, and there was fungus at the highest level. I explained to the mother and daughter that the treatment approach was based on four things: A. Starving the fungus—by avoiding foods that promote its growth such as various sugars, white flour, white rice, yeasts (different baked goods leavened by yeast), various fruits, and more. B. Attacking the fungus—using various herbs known to do this. C. Eliminating the fungus and the toxins it has distributed in the body by drinking plenty of water. Additionally, using herbs that help cleanse the liver where various toxins, among others, from the fungal infection usually accumulate. D. Reducing stress—stress greatly weakens the activity of the digestive system.
In its weakened state, the digestive system becomes more exposed to contaminants such as harmful fungi, which subsequently cause damage in other parts of the body. Therefore, stress can be reduced in various ways, such as with Bach flowers, herbs, physical activity, trauma cleansing, and more. Shortly after starting the combined treatment, the girl felt much better in the various symptoms, and subsequently, there was significant improvement in her pains.
