Effects of White Sugar
Previously, I discussed a man who suffered from itching, which disappeared when he avoided sugar. It appears his body did not tolerate sugar well.

#VALUE!
Many ask if sugar isn't necessary. Isn't sugar essential for our health, providing energy and facilitating concentration, joy, and more? Indeed, sugar accompanies all our body's activities and is indispensable. The question is, what type of sugar are we consuming, and how should we consume it? It must be understood that natural sugar differs significantly from the sugar on store shelves, which most people consume. Natural sugar never appears as sugar alone; it is always accompanied by vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and fibers, making it a complete and nutritious food.
In contrast, the sugar that most consume lacks vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and fibers. Thus, when we consume such sugar, we receive merely a sweet substance with no nutritional value. Given this, here are some issues arising from white sugar consumption: calcium depletion (osteoporosis) and dental cavities. What might happen to a woman suffering from osteoporosis? She could, for instance, suffer a simple fall at home or on the street and break her arm.
How does this happen?
The process of extracting energy from food requires various vitamins and minerals. Whole sugar contains these elements, aiding in energy extraction. However, white sugar lacks these entirely, forcing the body to draw from its reserves to assist in absorption. One such element is calcium. The body must take calcium from its major reserves: the teeth and bones, leading to calcium depletion and consequently - tooth decay and osteoporosis.
Hyperactivity in Children
Hyperactivity is an understatement for the restlessness often seen in children. What is the connection between this behavior and sugar? Vitamin B aids in balancing the nervous system. Consuming white sugar causes the body to use its vitamin reserves, leading to a deficiency. An insufficient amount of Vitamin B results in restlessness and hyperactive behavior.
