Is a woman permitted to recite Birkat HaGomel in the synagogue?

A woman is permitted to recite Birkat HaGomel from the women's section, and there is no concern for "a woman's voice is nakedness" (kol b'isha erva), since this is not in the manner of singing. Additionally, there is no concern for improper thoughts during such a brief moment.

Is a female teacher permitted to teach a class of boys?

It is not permitted for a female teacher to teach boys aged nine and older (Tzitz Eliezer 14, 97).
