Natural Disinfection and Sterilization

How is disinfection carried out?

The Bees - Building Engineers?

Could it be that the best building engineer is not a university graduate but rather a small flying insect that produces honey? Let me explain:

Honey is actually the nectar of flowers processed by bees.

To produce honey, a worker bee reaches the flower and sucks the nectar, which travels through its mouth to the honey stomach located in its abdomen. In the honey stomach, enzymes help break down complex sugars into simpler sugars - fructose and glucose.

The bee regurgitates the processed nectar into its mouth and stores it in hexagonal cells in the hive. These cells make up the honeycombs. Afterwards, the bees seal the cells with wax. The water in the processed nectar evaporates because of the heat in the hive, making the liquid more viscous and concentrated – it is the honey we know.

The fact that the hive is built from thousands of hexagonal cells is astonishing. Why? Because of the efficiency of this construction method: when the hive is entirely made up of hexagons, no gaps are created between parts of the structure and no protrusions form, which would not allow more hexagons to connect to them. Thus, no storage space in the hive is wasted, and less raw material is needed for construction.

While we marvel at the bee's work, we must remember that animals behave instinctively, according to the traits inherent in them, and they do not have thoughts or understand the world around them themselves.

So I ask you, who taught the honeybee to process and produce honey so sophisticatedly, healthily, and tastily? Who taught it to seal hexagonal cells in the hive so efficiently? Isn't it miraculous that every honeybee enters the world fully skilled in producing honey from flower nectar without prior learning?

Divine Imprint

In the question of creation and the Creator, a sensible person must reach the clear conclusion that there is a Hashem, for everything in the world is wonderfully designed.

Observe the petals of the flowers, the small ant, and the intricate organs of our bodies...

Just as you are convinced that a fabric was made by a weaver - even if you weren't present at the time of weaving - because you understand that such a complex creation cannot happen spontaneously, so too with the whole world. A world designed with infinite wisdom must have been created by Someone.

Consider the structure of the entire universe, the laws of nature, electricity, and gravity. Is it possible that all these world's wonders, testifying to design, coordination, and purpose, were created without an upper hand, guiding and supervising?!

If indeed everything is so clear, why are there many who do not accept this simple truth?

The answer is that the wisdom of Hashem's imprint can be seen here as well: on the one hand, the truth is laid out before us clearly, and there is little difficulty reaching it. On the other hand, contrary to expectations, those who wish to deny are given the possibility to not see the truth and even rationalize why they do not accept it.

What is this similar to?

The sun shines for everyone, but a person whose window panes are covered with dust, shutters closed, lying secluded in his dark home, can claim the sun doesn't shine. He adamantly refuses to open the shutters and is not willing to go outside. Indeed, such a person is convinced of "his truth": there is no sun!

There exists a delicate balance between the revealed truth and a person's ability to ignore it. The absolute truth and the ability to not observe it stand constantly before each other, maintaining a balance that allows for the free choice we possess...

"All My Bones Say: Hashem, Who is Like You?"

The skeleton is a system of bones connected in a permanent and special way. What is the role of the skeleton in our bodies?

Shaping the body – The skeleton supports the internal organs, stabilizes the body so it is not as soft as pudding or a flimsy jelly, and determines the body's shape.

Motion – The skeleton is composed of bones connected by joints that allow us to move from place to place.

Protection – The skeleton protects our sensitive organs, especially the heart and lungs - with ribs, and the brain - with the skull.

Blood production – Inside the bones is the bone marrow - a "blood factory." This tissue produces blood cells of all types throughout life.

The human body can be compared to a car, and the skeletal system to the chassis of a car. Just as the chassis gives the car its structure, so the human skeleton supports all the internal organs of our body and shapes our body’s structure.

The human skeleton, when mature, consists of 206 bones. How does each part of the skeletal bones "know" exactly which part to attach to? How does each bone find itself exactly in its appropriate place - whether the skull, spine, shoulder girdle, ribs, upper and lower limbs, or pelvic girdle - and "know" exactly which designated role is assigned to it?

The Holy Language

Is it possible that there is an unequivocal mathematical and scientific proof that the Torah was given by a higher authority? An objective proof that can be tested and examined in pure mathematical form?!

It is known that each letter in the Hebrew language has mathematical values, such as simple gematria: Aleph=1, Bet=2, Gimel=3, and so on.

What is the connection between gematria in the ancient Hebrew language and scientific data and precise research of the 21st century? According to Judaism, every word in the Holy Language actually expresses its essence. Therefore, can we find a definite connection between the names of objects in Hebrew and their physical properties?

Professor Haim Shore, from the Industrial Engineering and Management department at Ben-Gurion University, created a statistical model and surprisingly found a very strong linear correlation between the numerical values of a group of words in Biblical Hebrew and the numerical values of a major physical property common to all the objects those words represent. An example? Here you go:

When examining if there is a connection between the numerical value (in gematria) of the words "Sun," "Moon," and "Earth" and the diameter of those celestial bodies, the following findings emerge: Moon - numerical value: 218, diameter: 3474.8; Earth - numerical value: 291, diameter: 12756.28; Sun - numerical value: 640; diameter: 1391000.

A remarkable and very strong statistical correlation was found: r = 0.998. This means the numerical value of the words remarkably matches the diameters of each of the celestial bodies! Not only this, but it was also found that the numerical values of the Hebrew words match the scientific description of the size of the moon, earth, and sun in every parameter characteristic of a spherical shape - diameter, volume, and mass!

The same phenomenon repeats itself in relation to the connection between elements and materials, as they are written in the Torah, such as: Gold, Silver, Copper, or Sulfur, and their inverse atomic weights. Similarly, a connection was found between the names of colors (yellow, tekhelet, etc.) and their wavelength frequency (in nanometers)!

The significance of the relationship, as found between the Hebrew words' values and scientific data, is that two different sets of numerical values convey the same information! The fact that the values of two "entities" that seemingly have no connection - the values of Hebrew words compared to physical attribute values - are in such perfect alignment indicates that the measured values are actually attributes of the same physical property, expressed in different scales: one in gematria value and the other in the scientific value.

When we pronounce the words Moon, Earth, or Sun, we are essentially expressing the scientific data of their diameters, volumes, and masses in the same speech, in the same word! Is there a greater wonder than this?

The choice of words in Hebrew is purposeful. This is mathematical-scientific evidence that the giver of the Torah knew the size of the Earth, Moon, and Sun. Reality aligns with what is written in the Torah. The giver of the Torah is the Creator of the Universe. Otherwise, how could our written and ancient Torah contain all this immense and advanced knowledge? How could all this astonishing reality be condensed into a simple gematria value?
