The Importance of Healthy Communication
Your child's quality of life is determined by the quality of their relationships.

#VALUE!
Good relationships create a solid foundation for a life of happiness and success.
But what determines the quality of your child's relationships? Among other things, the ability to communicate, express themselves, listen, understand, and respond.
Good communication → Good relationships → Good life.
A bit simplistic, but largely true.
You may ask what it is that determines your child's communication ability. Afterall, this is not taught at school, in books or workshops, and unfortunately not even from peers at school.
Your child learns communication from the communication at home, particularly between the parents.
Good communication between parents → Child's communication ability → Good relationships → Good life.
Still a bit simplistic, but not far from the truth.
Healthy interpersonal communication creates an intergenerational chain that can continue for years to come and dramatically improves quality of life, as well as mental and physical health. When a child observes good communication, they are better prepared for their own interactions.
It is in your hands to improve your communication and that of your children, so that they can pass this along to your grandchildren, and all future generations!
