How should one follow the study order?

It is proper and correct to read the verses of the Tikkun with their cantillation notes. The main virtue of studying on this night is learning with understanding, so one should strive as much as possible to understand what they are studying. If one finds it difficult to understand, they should go to a study hall where there is a scholar who explains the 613 commandments and interprets them, and their reward will be great. Even though they may not complete the entire Tikkun this way, it is better to study a little with proper intention than to study much without proper intention.

If one stayed awake all night, should they recite the morning blessings?

If one stayed awake all night studying and dawn arrives, they should pause their studies, wash their hands without reciting a blessing, and recite all the morning blessings including the blessings on the Torah. However, one should not recite the "Asher Yatzar" blessing unless they have relieved themselves.
