It is permissible to eat grapefruit with a spoon, since the prohibition of squeezing grapefruit is rabbinic, and the squeezing is done in an unusual manner (k'lachar yad) and one's intention is to eat the grapefruit, not to squeeze it [P"R b'trei d'rabanan, Chazon Ovadia page 146].

Is it permissible to use wet wipes on Shabbat?

It is permissible to use wet wipes as long as one wipes gently, because when done gently, it is not certain that squeezing will occur [Chazon Ovadia 4, page 148].
