Essential Shabbat Guidelines from the Rulings of Rabbi Ovadia Yosef

Is it permissible to remain in a room where Shabbat was desecrated by turning on lights or air conditioning?
If a person who doesn't observe Torah and mitzvot turned on the light in a room or a tape player for their own use, there is no need to leave the room, since one does not intend to benefit from the light or the tape player [Yabia Omer 10, 34].
Is it permissible to pour hot water from a heating urn onto tea leaves?
It is forbidden to pour hot water from a primary vessel onto tea leaves. [Chazon Ovadia 4, 326].
