Do we say Tachanun during Minchah on the eve of Pesach Sheni?
We do not recite Vidui during Mincha on the eve of Pesach Sheni, since on any day when Vidui is not recited, it is also not recited during the Mincha prayer of the preceding day [Responsa of the Rishon LeZion 2, p. 42].
What blessing is made on soft matzah?
On hard matzot, we recite "Mezonot" all year and "Hamotzi" during Passover, since they are crunchy. However, on soft matzot, we recite "Hamotzi" throughout the year [Responsa of the Rishon LeZion 2, p. 68].
