Every day in prayer we say about God "He Who Bestows Good Kindnesses". Can there be kindnesses that aren't good? Isn't all kindness seemingly good!

There is in fact a kindness that isn't good.

Giving a young and thriving man a large sum of money, can jeopardize his future. Giving a new driver a fast car, can risk his life. Anything done in an uncontrolled manner and without thinking, is likely to ruin the life of the person you are attempting to bestow kindness upon.

The meaning of "He Who Bestows Good Kindnesses" is that God gives you kindness in full alignment with your capacity to digest, and not a bit more.

Sometimes it may seem to you that what your neighbor, friend, or family member has would be good for you, but you don't know the substantial differences between you, the structure of the soul, the body, the mind, and many other details that differ from him. That which is a blessing to him, could be a curse for you.

When you say "He Who Bestows Good Kindnesses" three times a day, trust God that He knows what's good for you. He is all-powerful, He loves you, and there's nothing He would want to give you that He couldn't.

Understand, that if God doesn't give you something, it's likely to your detriment, and in that case, you wouldn't want it either.

It's important to internalize this and understand that your family members, friends at work, paycheck, and the environment you live in, are the most fitting and wonderful things for you. Any more or any less, could destroy your life.

Rejoice, enjoy, and thank God for the good kindness that has been customized just for you!
