What is the role of gentiles in this world? What happens to a gentile who observes the Seven Noachide Laws? What about a gentile who was a devout Christian or Muslim, thinking they were doing the creator's will? What about a jihadist who thought he was following the creator's will? Isn’t it unfair that they don’t have the right to be part of the chosen people?

The purpose of gentiles is to be good and to observe the Seven Noachide Laws. A gentile who observes the Seven Noachide Laws will merit a share in the world to come (according to his status as a gentile and will be happy as a gentile), and the righteous among the gentiles will even rise at the resurrection of the dead. Christians and Muslims can also be good people and observe the Seven Noachide Laws.

Regarding how every person in the world can find the truth, it depends on their search and desire, as Hashem guides every person according to their will and request. Those who truly seek will arrive at Judaism. It's no coincidence that the Torah is the most famous and printed book in the world. Everyone has the opportunity to attain the truth and know the Torah.
