1. "I come from a traditional home, and as long as I can remember, I've had a connection to Hashem, and it just keeps getting stronger. We're always climbing, always improving. I prefer one step at a time rather than a 200-meter leap and then a fall." (Interview with 'Menta')

2. "I came across Rabbi Nachman a few years ago. It was a day when nothing went my way. That morning, I lost a role, and I received an unpleasant call from the bank. I was on my way to my agent, upset, and there were some Breslev guys at the traffic light. I gave them a few shekels, and they gave me a booklet and a CD. On the CD, it said: 'Stop whining and say thank you.' I played the CD, and a spirit of joyful madness entered me. That's what Rabbi Nachman says: 'Feel bad? Dance,' bring good energy. I started shouting 'thank you' in the car and felt happy. The same day I got a different role and a check came into the bank. Everything changed 180 degrees." (Interview with 'Menta')

3. Aviv Alush talks about the changes he and his family went through towards observing Shabbat and family purity, the light points on the path of repentance, and the correct attitude to give to people who are just starting to strengthen. Listen (courtesy of 'Radio Kol Berama')

4. "I put on tefillin in the morning, which means I'm binding myself to the Creator of the world. I go to the synagogue on Friday night and Saturday morning, make kiddush, keep kosher, and a few months ago we started keeping Shabbat, the whole family, and it's amazing."

5. Alush posted on social media a photo of himself against the backdrop of the holy grave of the Baal Shem Tov, alongside writing: "I have no words." This step, of course, touched his followers and fans, and soon the post went viral, receiving over 15,000 likes and particularly positive comments.

6. "Shabbat is one of the most amazing gifts we've received, and it really doesn't matter what kind of home you grew up in."

7. "In this detachment, there's a kind of peace, a family bonding that has no substitute. I suggest everyone: disconnect the phone and turn off the circuit breaker. It's an amazing gift. This peace allows you to focus only on the people close to you, without anything drawing you away." (Interview with 'Yedioth Ahronoth')

8. "Sometimes there are roles you're competing for, and then you discover someone else got them. Ultimately, you learn that what's yours is yours and what's not yours isn't, and if you internalize that, everything becomes much easier."

9. "Last night I had the privilege, together with my father and other dear friends, to visit this so exciting place – Joseph's Tomb, and how I prayed – that we mainly love one another."

10. Alush describes how the internal connection to Judaism and faith has made him a much calmer person. "I'm very aware of my ego and try not to work from it," he described. "My profession is very unstable, but ultimately you learn that what's yours is yours and what's not yours isn't, and if you internalize that, everything becomes much easier."
