Hello friends,
Last year, on the eighth night of Chanukah, we heard about a beautiful idea: to write a note to Hashem (God) and place it under the menorah, asking Him to help us move from hardship to peace, from darkness to light.
So that’s what we did. We asked for something simple but important—to earn an honest, comfortable living, only through Hashem’s help.
I gently placed the note under the menorah and tucked the menorah away safely when Chanukah ended.
And then… the blessings started coming.
My job contract was renewed, and my husband got a new position with a major promotion. We were so grateful and relieved.
But just a few months later, in the month of Adar, the coronavirus hit.
I lost my job. My husband was put on unpaid leave—twice. We were scared. How would we manage now?
But Hashem had other plans.
Month after month, we started noticing something amazing. Even without me working—and with all the uncertainty—our financial situation actually improved.
Each month felt like a gentle kiss from Hashem. We were not only managing, but we were also saving. In fact, we were doing better than we had when both of us were working full-time.
It felt like a personal miracle.
So I just want to say: thank You, Hashem, for Your love, Your care, and Your quiet kisses along the way. You showed us we are never alone.
