Delicious and Easy Dinner: Dairy Wraps
Sometimes, words aren't necessary, and it's time to dive right into the recipe. Here's a guide for soft and flexible dairy wraps – no yeast required.

This recipe is one of my absolute favorites.
Soft, flexible dairy wraps that lovingly envelop whatever you fill them with.
There's nothing like the scent of fresh bread wafting through your home, drawing the kids to the kitchen with a, "Mom, what are you making?".
If you haven't tried making homemade bread yet, this is a fantastic recipe to start with. It's minimal effort for such delicious bread.
Spread some cheese or tahini on them, add a finely chopped salad dressed with lemon juice – and roll it up.
You can also dip them in crushed tomatoes, just like with malawach.
They're so tasty, they're delightful on their own, without any extras.
Sometimes words are just unnecessary, and you can jump right to the recipe.
Soft and Flexible Dairy Wraps Without Yeast
Step 1: Melt 50g butter for three-quarters of a cup of milk
Step A –
In a small pot, melt 3/4 cup of milk with 50 grams of butter.
Do not boil the milk, just heat it until the butter merges into the milk and they become one.

Step B –
Transfer the milk mixture into a food processor, add 2 cups of whole spelt flour and half a teaspoon of salt, and run the processor on a kneading setting for a minute or two.

Step C –
On a floured surface, take the dough ball and divide it into 4 to get large wraps, or into 6 for medium wraps.

Step D –
Roll each dough ball into a flat pita/wrap.

Step E –
Melt a little butter in a pan.
Place one wrap on the pan.
When bubbles form on the wrap, it's time to flip to brown the other side.

Step F –
Transfer the finished wrap to a plate.
Separate the wraps with paper towels.
