1. Drink a glass of filtered water every hour, or sugar-free herbal teas such as chamomile, anise, lemon balm, mint, fennel, cinnamon, or wheatgrass juice.

2. Juice and drink on an empty stomach: 2 carrots, an apple, half a beet, 2 celery stalks + melon or pear.

3. Take a high dose of Vitamin C and avoid processed grains - white flour and its products, sugars, and dairy products.

4. Abdominal massage: To prevent waste from sticking to the intestinal walls and to aid bowel movement, it's advisable to perform an abdominal massage. Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the mattress or floor. Start the massage from the lower right side of the abdomen (appendix area) upwards, along the ascending colon, then left along the transverse colon above the navel, and downwards along the descending colon on the left side of the abdomen. The massage is done by pressing fingers into the area, applying pressure, and making circular motions while breathing. This way, progress along the colon (seen in the image as a green outline resembling the letter 'ח').

5. Chair twist: Sit on a chair with hands resting on the knees, then twist the upper body to one side, placing the hands on the chair's backrest, hold the position for about half a minute, and switch to the other side.

6. Abdominal breathing: Perform these breaths while lying on your back with knees bent. Inhale through the nose filling the abdomen, and exhale strongly through the mouth, pulling the abdomen inward and holding for a few seconds.

7. Physical exercise: Aerobic activity is essential to move blood circulation, which aids bowel function. Additionally, sweating from exercise encourages toxin release through the skin.

8. In cases where there is no alternative, the solution is enemas and hydro-colonic cleansing. This is an advanced method for flushing the colon with water and cleaning the digestive system, effective alongside dietary and lifestyle changes.
