Why You Might Feel Weaker After COVID: A Viral Connection
Could the coronavirus trigger Epstein-Barr virus reactivation? This may explain chronic COVID symptoms.

#VALUE!
Various studies have revealed that prolonged COVID symptoms may likely result from the reactivation of the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), which lies dormant in the bodies of 95% of the global population. This is the virus responsible for mononucleosis, chronic fatigue syndrome, and more. Sounds familiar? Its prevalence is a growing issue worldwide and can be triggered by various factors such as stress, electromagnetic radiation, and more. The research showed that COVID patients had abnormal blood test results similar to those with active Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), and that critically ill COVID patients (with respiratory failure) exhibited higher abnormalities. The World Health Organization also supports this finding, indicating that Epstein-Barr virus activation may be the reason for certain prolonged symptoms among COVID patients, such as fatigue, mental fog, and skin rashes, which appear in about 30% of patients after recovering from COVID. A study published in the journal Pathogens also discovered this (with the involvement of Jeffrey Gold from WHO and lead researcher Professor David J. Harley, a molecular microbiologist).
Additionally, it's worth noting that various studies have found that the EBV, which remains dormant in the body, can be reawakened by prolonged exposure to high-frequency radiation (radio/microwave/cellular radiation) emitted by cell towers, home Wi-Fi, cellular equipment and devices (nowadays, everything can be used without radiation if all equipment is wired), as well as low-frequency radiation (electromagnetic radiation) produced by power lines from utility companies if they are too close to the house, electrical boxes, and operating home appliances, including chargers, power strips, computers, etc. (it's advisable to stay at least 24 inches away from operating devices). This raises the question, are people experiencing "long COVID" because of Epstein-Barr virus reactivation more exposed to such radiation, affecting their immune system's ability to cope? Time will tell.
From personal experience and that of many others, I've observed that detoxing for several days or weeks, and distancing oneself from various radiation sources (as mentioned above) for days to weeks are two very effective actions in eliminating Epstein-Barr virus symptoms within a few days. Perhaps, accordingly, this could also help reduce the prolonged suffering of COVID patients. You can read about the detox program in the book "Secrets of Nutrition".
