Understanding Toxicity: How Our Bodies Communicate Health
If you don't eliminate what's causing toxin buildup, it'll reaccumulate and lead to further toxic crises. The immune system weakens progressively.

It's widely recognized through numerous studies that a natural lifestyle can help prevent illnesses, with the grace of Hashem.
An illness is essentially a toxicity crisis, showcasing the body's attempt to restore balance, known as "homeostasis". The body maintains its internal stability by trying to neutralize and eliminate harmful substances and fluids that have accumulated. To aid in recovery, we need to assist in removing these toxins. Nutritious diets and natural health practices can prevent the toxins from building up again.
Toxins can be either generated within the body or come from external sources, and they adversely affect the body's systems—organs, tissues, and cells. This includes chemical food additives, waste products trapped in the body from metabolism, and toxins produced by bacteria decomposing undigested foods in the intestines.
When the body reaches its tolerance threshold for toxins, it signals discomfort through pain or other forms of unease. All the body's waste elimination systems, such as the skin, respiratory system, liver, colon, kidneys, and lymphatic system, kick into high gear to expel these toxins.
As these organs temporarily become overloaded, weakness is felt because the body uses substantial energy to cleanse itself. After several days, physical strength, appetite, and mood generally return to normal.
It's crucial to understand: if you don't eliminate the factors that led to toxin accumulation, they will reaccumulate, causing yet another toxic crisis. The immune system will continue to weaken, eventually resulting in chronic disease.
Today, rather than addressing the root cause of chronic illness, treatments focus only on symptoms, suppressing essential bodily systems and organs.
The principle of cause and effect applies to everything in life. True healing will come when we stop creating conditions for illness instead of merely suppressing illness symptoms with drugs that push toxins into tissues, organs, joints, and bones. Such suppression makes toxins seemingly "disappear" but can lead to major health crises, like sudden heart attacks or strokes—even in people who always thought they were perfectly healthy.
