#VALUE!
Even without a professional understanding of electrical secrets, each of us surely knows how a short circuit is created. One reason is the overuse of electricity without aligning it with capacity, in other words, a voltage that's too high, which can cause a short!
Our bodies work in exactly the same way.
The brain is the body's control center, a kind of power supply. Imbalance or excessive use of energy without recharging, and high stress from various sources, can lead to a short circuit that disrupts body function and impacts the mind.
Hashem, in infinite wisdom, created our bodies in the most marvelous way. They operate in perfect balance, and we should thank Hashem for every breath. The systems in our bodies work in perfect harmony, in a totally miraculous fashion.
However, Hashem also commanded us to maintain balance and care for the body.
The first and most important factor in maintenance is calm and peace of mind. Avoid stress, as previously mentioned, to prevent a short circuit.
Anxiety also causes lack of sleep and difficulty falling asleep, which leads to decreased brain function and increases imbalance. Additionally, poor and inadequate nutrition: settling for a cup of coffee with a cake, trying to lift a low mood by consuming too much sugar, which further weakens the body, and like a rolling snowball, you get into a whirlpool that's hard to escape from.
So what can be done?
Simply prevent the short circuit and restore the body's balance.
How? Through proper relaxation, deep breathing, tailored treatments like NLP or CBT, taking nutritional supplements and vitamins that improve hormonal balance such as B vitamins, Omega 3, drops and herbs that help calmness, and more. A half-hour daily walk is also advised. During physical activity, the brain releases calming endorphins that balance the chemicals responsible for calm and happiness.
Additionally, we can say positive statements to send calm and confidence to the subconscious, for example: "I am happy", "I am healing", "Hashem protects me", "Hashem is with me in every situation".
Strengthen the body with proper eating – regular meals that include a wide variety of vegetables, whole carbohydrates, and plant-based proteins like quinoa, green buckwheat, legumes, almonds, and nuts.
Adequate hydration and timely sleep during nighttime will bring you beneficial balance and wellness, preventing stress drops.
May we all have a healthy mind in a healthy body!
