To understand how to repair your brain, you must approach health in a way that most doctors still haven't grasped. At its core is a simple truth - everything is interconnected. There are also autoimmune responses - conditions where the body attacks its own tissue, mistaking it for a foreign entity.

Eliminate toxic foods. The first is high-fructose corn syrup - a chemical introduced to our food supply in recent decades that wasn't known until 1980. Today, the U.S. alone consumes 9 billion kilograms of corn syrup per year, about 33 kilograms of sugar per person. This sugar is sweeter than regular sugar. It increases appetite, accelerates obesity more than regular sugar, is more addictive than cocaine, and causes diabetes and brain inflammation!

High sugar intake is linked to numerous mental and physical disorders, including lower IQ, anxiety, aggressive behavior, hyperactivity, depression, learning difficulties, and fatigue. A mix of protein and sugar thickens your brain and damages cells and tissues. Change your sugar intake.

The second factor is "trans fats" or hydrogenated and hardened fats found in processed foods, baked goods, most fried foods, margarine, and nearly every industrial product. They harm cells, narrow arteries, and even block them, Heaven forbid, accelerate inflammations, and disrupt normal brain function in everyone, from children with attention disorders to adults with depression or dementia.

By eliminating these two toxic substances, man-made and not lovingly crafted by the Creator, you instantly impact and transform your health, improving both your mind and spirit.
