#VALUE!
Various diets contradict each other, and generally, they often involve starvation, suffering, tedious calorie counting, and abstinence from certain foods, vitamins, and powders, all to achieve weight loss. Typically, people lose weight, stop the diet, and gain it back (sometimes there are miracles and successes).
Why don't diets work for most of us? Because the thought is always about when we can eat as we used to. If that's your mindset, better not to diet. There's no choice but to permanently change eating habits, not just for the next family event... It's essential to study, understand, and apply these concepts thoroughly. This worked for me in my naturopathy studies. One must understand the link between harmful foods and the diseases that afflict us, beyond just focusing on weight loss. Diets don't lead to health but ultimately to binge attacks. So, stop dieting!
So, what can be done?
Begin a body cleansing process with the goal not of losing weight, but of healing diseases, including obesity and harmful eating habits. It's important to consume healthy, nutritious, and cleansing foods, especially during daylight hours, as we aim to align with our body's natural rhythms to maintain high energy levels that aid in healing and weight loss. The body always seeks health and achieves it when it cleanses itself of accumulated waste. Just don't interfere with harmful foods. The body has a natural ability to cleanse itself and heal from diseases, as Hashem renews His world every moment. Millions of people fall ill because of the quantity and quality of their food, or because of what they deprive themselves of in their diet. This is a whole doctrine to be learned, applied, and seen as beneficial. In my book, "The Secrets of Nutrition," you can learn much about these processes discussed here and begin to live healthier and happier lives.
First, you must know there are three natural cycles in the body during 24 hours:
1. Eating and digestion: This stage occurs from late morning to evening. It's advisable to consume most food during these hours.
2. Absorption and utilization of food: Happens from evening until dawn. This cycle should not be disrupted by late-night meals as the body wants to start cleansing, otherwise, we may feel heavy in the morning and might not feel hunger until midday the next day because the cleansing phase is still in progress (Google "autophagy" for more).
3. Cleansing the body of waste: This stage occurs from dawn until late morning. Therefore, it is advisable to eat cleansing foods that do not interfere with the cleansing during these hours, especially fruits, smoothies, or vegetable juices (morning snack until noon - according to the Rambam).
It's crucial this process isn't disrupted, as excess weight and waste are expelled during these hours from the body.
