5. Over-consumption of sweets – Especially in children who eat excessive amounts of sweets. Vitamins are expelled in the urine when processing these sweets.<\/p>

6. Aging – The aging process is characterized by a decrease in food intake, as well as absorption, storage, and usage capabilities in the body. This can lead to deficiencies in vitamins like C, B12, B6, B3, B2, and B1.<\/p>

In all the situations mentioned above, the addition of vitamins must be considered with great care. It's critical to emphasize that decisions regarding the type and amount of vitamins should be made in consultation with nutrition and health experts. We must remember that vitamins can be harmful if taken in excessive amounts. Improper treatment might delay effective problem-solving and could even cause irreversible body damage.<\/p>
