The doctor, Dr. George Kranthisis, says, "Memory problems are often caused by the food you eat or don't eat. Your brain requires fuel to generate new brain cells, remember, and focus on tasks. Where does it get this fuel? From the food you eat."

The doctor adds that due to drastic changes in modern dietary habits, "Most of us are not getting the nutrients our brains need, and the lack of these nutrients can certainly result in brain fog, forgetfulness, or even worse."

After extensive research, Dr. K (as he shortens his name) developed a simple protocol that can help combat memory loss on this basis. "People constantly tell me, I feel much smarter and sharper, and even my family has noticed the change in me."
