According to a study, there are five sleep habits that can reduce the risk of various diseases by up to 30%.

What are the 5 habits?

• Falling asleep quickly at least five days a week.

• Sleeping 7-8 hours each night.

• Waking up feeling rested.

• Avoiding the use of sleep-inducing medications.

• Experiencing insomnia no more than twice a week.

The study results showed these habits could extend men's lives by about five years and women's lives by about 2.5 years.
