Over the years, various studies have explored the relationship between drinking coffee and human health.
Dr. Eric Berg, author of "The Healthy Keto Diet Plan," discusses research highlighting coffee's role in reducing cancer risk and its positive effects on blood sugar levels.
According to Dr. Berg in his article "The History of Coffee's Health Benefits," coffee consumption lowers the risk of heart attacks, inflammation, and type 2 diabetes, and also alleviates symptoms of Parkinson's disease and hepatitis.
However, Dr. Berg cautions that to reap these benefits, one should maintain a low-carb diet, as coffee alone isn’t a magic cure.

How to Drink Coffee? Dr. Berg’s Recommendations Based on Research:
1. Due to high caffeine concentration in coffee, Dr. Berg advises a daily intake not exceeding 300 milligrams.
2. Experts recommend avoiding consuming vitamins while drinking coffee.
3. Wait about an hour between meals, especially those containing meat.
The reason: To prevent disrupting the absorption of important iron and minerals in the body.
4. Contrary to common practice of morning coffee, experts suggest drinking it about an hour and a half after waking.
The reason: Caffeine acts as an anti-adenosine; when accumulated in the blood, it can lead to fatigue.
So, how do you enjoy your coffee? Maybe it’s time to change things up.
