Can hypnosis help you shed those extra pounds? Hannah Efrali's story proves it can. For over a decade, the 28-year-old from London struggled unsuccessfully with weight issues. After trying countless diets and methods, she found her solution in hypnosis, achieving an impressive 30 kg weight loss.
"Whenever anyone mentioned the gym, my ears would instantly shut off. No matter how I tried to convince myself to exercise at a gym, it just never happened," she recalls.
Hannah faced serious weight problems, and doctors warned her that failure to lose weight could lead to dire consequences for her body. "I realized I was in some kind of trouble. Issues like diabetes, body pains, and hemorrhoids could all stem from my weight. After exploring many methods that didn't help, I decided to try hypnosis," she explains.
Believe it or not, it worked. Not immediately, but Hannah recalls, "Something started to change in my brain..."
"Hypnosis is very similar to meditation. I started meditating, focusing on what makes me feel good and what holds me back. I realized that sitting on the couch eating endless potatoes wasn't my goal or desire. I'm living proof the method works. After just two sessions, I began to feel more positive about exercising," she says.
Having achieved her goal of losing 30 kg, she founded her own gym where she teaches the method. "We all know why going to the gym is important. The main problem lies in our low motivation and self-image, convincing ourselves 'I can't do it.' Truthfully, I didn't know myself or my strength until I tried hypnosis. After the treatment, I joined a gym and stuck with it like never before. This transformation inspired me to start my business," Hannah shares.
Her gym employs instructors who teach members to think positively about themselves and their bodies. During workouts, they receive a boost of positive energy drawn from hypnosis techniques. Hannah concludes, "I believe a little mind training might be just what people need to meet their fitness goals."
