Understanding Tinnitus: Why Your Ears Won't Stop Ringing
Exploring the mysterious causes of tinnitus and potential relief strategies.

It can happen suddenly – a buzzing or ringing in one ear or both. The intensity can drive a person crazy. The doctor might diagnose it as tinnitus. This condition affects around 15% of the population (and that's just the reported cases; there seems to be much more).
The various reasons for the prevalence of this complaint, according to medical findings, include aging, hearing loss, ear blockage due to wax, middle ear fluid, or outer ear infections. In these cases, treating the primary issue usually resolves the tinnitus. Other cases can be more complex or unresolved.
In recent years, extensive evidence from both children and adults worldwide suggests that tinnitus might be linked to heavy exposure to non-ionizing radiation from various devices: cell phones (even kosher ones), home Wi-Fi, cordless home phones, wireless mice, keyboards, tablets, Bluetooth devices, electronic viewers, and exposure to nearby cell towers, particularly advanced generation towers like 4G and 5G. Yes, you heard that right. Sadly, the past decade has witnessed a proliferation of wireless devices everywhere, so it's not surprising that odd illnesses have begun affecting the global population.
Most doctors aren't yet aware of the radiation-tinnitus connection due to a lack of awareness. However, if you ask those affected by radiation who are sensitive to it and genuinely suffer, they'll confirm that exposure to the aforementioned sources immediately triggers tinnitus. Taking a break and distancing from these devices solves the issue. This is based on personal experience.
So, what's the solution? In today's tech-saturated world, many people experience intermittent or chronic tinnitus depending on exposure. According to Chinese medicine, treatment focuses on improving blood flow and oxygen supply to the ear. They believe tinnitus results from kidney weakness and a deficiency of yin energy in kidneys connected to the ears, or issues with the liver and spleen (all on an energy level, don't worry). It's also recommended to address nutritional deficiencies of vitamins and minerals and sometimes include herbal medicine, relaxation exercises, biofeedback, breathing techniques, etc.
May we always hear only good things and the sound of the shofar of the Messiah today!
