1. How does a snail carry its shell?
Snails carry their big shells on their backs but still move smoothly over all kinds of surfaces, even sharp glass without getting hurt. That’s because their bodies work like strong, soft feet that gently contract and stretch. As they glide, they leave behind mucus that makes their path slippery and protects them.

The Salpa is a nearly invisible sea creature. Scientists don’t know much about it, but it’s believed that Hashem made it see-through as a way to protect itself while it swims near the surface. Other clear sea animals include the Pareina, jellyfish, and even a transparent octopus.

A rocket looks like a small tube and is launched to fly a short distance, up to about 250 meters. It has a motor in the back that pushes it forward. A missile, on the other hand, can go much farther and has special guidance tools to help it hit its target.

The Pudu is the tiniest member of the deer family. It lives in South America and only weighs up to 10 kilograms when fully grown. It’s a fast little runner and can move in zig-zags, which helps it escape from hunters and animals that want to catch it.

Brown Pelicans dive from the sky into the water with speed and precision to grab fish. White Pelicans use a team approach and they hunt together and scare the fish toward the shore, where other pelicans wait to scoop them up, no diving needed!

7. Did you know goats climb trees?
In Morocco, goats actually climb into Argan trees to nibble on the tasty fruits and leaves. It’s not unusual to see a whole bunch of goats, sometimes up to 40 standing in one tree!
