In a post she shared this week on social media, Shavit described her medical condition and the surgery she went through. "To everyone asking what happened to me, showing concern, love, and praying for me - yes, I went through a hip replacement surgery that was a bit complicated, but I will come back. I will come back to dance, be with you, laugh, hug. You, who strengthen me so much with your love and support, be blessed."

"I'm thinking of all of you. I think of all the soldiers in recovery, those challenges, those difficulties, and I say, there are no people like this in the world. Thank you so much, thank you.
