Recently, Anna shared a video that gained thousands of views, revealing a natural secret to whitening stained fabrics – eggshells.

Anna claims that instead of using bleaching agents like bleach, there is a more natural way to make clothes white. In the video, she demonstrates how she takes eggshells, crushes them, and adds the pieces to a fabric bag (like an organza bag) with a few lemon slices. Next, she places the bag into a bowl of water (a bucket can also work) along with the stained garment and lets it soak until the stain comes out and the garment whitens. According to her, the calcium in the eggshells acts as a natural stain remover.

Eggshells have other uses beyond whitening. If you grind eggshells with coffee beans, at a ratio of 1:4 in favor of the shells, and spread the resulting mixture in pots or the garden, the plants that grow will be tall and healthy. Additionally, spreading crushed eggshells in garden beds can prevent slugs from reaching your flowers.

Furthermore, eggshells can be used to enrich watering water, sharpen food processor blades, prepare bird food, and clean bottles and jars. In some cases, it's necessary to sterilize the eggshells beforehand.
