As the new school year kicks off, many students are unfortunately dealing with bullying and social exclusion. Avinoam Harash, an experienced teacher and educator, penned an emotional piece on this issue:

"When I was teaching third grade at Kedem School in Nokdim, I noticed on the first day of school that, aside from one student, all my other students eagerly rushed into the classroom, keen to secure a spot.
For them, where they sit speaks volumes about their social status:
Who sits next to whom, and more tellingly, who is the student that no one wants to sit next to...
I watched this particular student who surprisingly didn't rush and continued to stand there, observing the bustle in the classroom.
'Aren't you going to find a seat?' I asked, trying to understand his motives.
'No,' he replied firmly. 'My mom asked me to look for someone who doesn't have a seat and sit with them. So I'm watching, and if I spot someone sitting alone, I'll go and sit next to them.'
For anyone wondering how to raise compassionate humans," spoke his heartfelt message.
