#VALUE!

Insects are taking over your kitchen, and they're everywhere—in the hallway, rooms, and even the bathroom. How do you get rid of them?

Well, tea bags can often do the trick, and there's no need to resort to chemicals. They contain natural compounds that deter pests from getting close.

Which Type of Tea Should You Use?

Green tea - has antiseptic properties that repel mold and insects.

Mint tea - highly effective against mosquitoes.

Black tea - especially good against ants.

How to Prepare the Tea:

Steep the tea bags in hot water for 5 minutes.

Once the bags have cooled, squeeze out the excess liquid.

Place the bags in an air-tight container to dry for a few hours.

Position the tea bags (you can use several together) in locations where insects might enter your home: sinks, windows, doors, cabinets, etc.

Natural Ant Repellents

Additionally, there are other options for combating ants by using strong scents:

Lemon juice – spray it on surfaces.

Dried lemon peels or cinnamon – can be placed in strategic spots like doors, windows, etc.

Good luck.
