Her social media followers already know that Ilanit Levy is a self-proclaimed 'cleaning fanatic', and she's definitely unapologetic about it.

So how does she keep her house looking so pristine all the time? Well, Ilanit has a little secret, and once you hear about it—and even better, try it—you won't believe you hadn't done it before: meet vinegar. Yes, really! Ilanit uses vinegar all over her home, including to shine up different kitchen surfaces.

"It's good for everything," Ilanit says. "Showers, ceramics, ovens, and even washing machines. It disinfects, it brightens. It's life."

In the videos she posts, she demonstrates her special solution, made from a general cleaning liquid (sometimes even dish soap).

After thoroughly cleaning the area, she mixes vinegar with water, grabs a fresh sponge, dips it in the solution, and goes over the surface again, even tackling especially grimy spots like the stovetops.

And that's not all.

In fact, there's no place in her home where vinegar hasn't been used. "A bowl with hot water, a bit of vinegar, and squeezed lemon. Put the lemon inside and some baking soda, microwave it for four minutes, and it shines," she shares in another of her videos. According to her, a daily regimen with this vinegar solution keeps the house sparkling, not just for Passover.
