A video posted just a few days ago on social media has gone viral.

The footage, captured by a group of travelers near Lake Kapuche in the Nepali mountains, documents a snow avalanche cascading directly from the highest cliff downwards. Lake Kapuche is noted as the world's lowest lake fed by glacial waters. The travelers had set up camp at the mountain's base to spend the night in the area.

As the avalanche occurred right where they were camping, the travelers were struck by fear at the sight.

In the video, you can hear their panic-filled cries in their native language. A traveler named Naren, who quickly recorded the terrifying moments and shared them online, explained, "In the video, you can see people running to save themselves."

The video also reveals a stunning rainbow that emerged on the screen just moments after a great miracle occurred—the avalanche stopped on the far side of the lake, never reaching the travelers, although a gust of wind from the direction made their tents fly and shook everything in its path.

"It just stopped suddenly," Naren said. "Immediately after, we saw the rainbow. It's a great miracle," he concludes.
