He Came Back to Life: A Story Beyond Comprehension

In a tale that has left India buzzing, a man pronounced dead and chilled in storage shocked everyone by waking up a day later.

Kumar Balasubramaniya had suffered a heart attack, and his condition continued to deteriorate day by day. One day, his brother Saravanan visited him and noticed that he was motionless for a long time. "I was convinced he had passed away," Saravanan recounted in an interview with local media. Seeing no change in the situation, Saravanan decided to order a mobile freezer to store the body, as is customary in such cases in India.

The next day, the technician returned to check the freezer but stopped in his tracks when, just before the funeral, he noticed that Kumar was still breathing. "I called in his family, and they were just as shocked. We all stared at him as if he had just landed from the moon. He was shivering and tried to speak, though no words came out."

"Why are his hands shaking?" suddenly asked one of the attendees who had come to pay their last respects. "How is it possible that he's moving if he's dead?"

"Maybe his soul hasn't left him yet," Kumar's brother suggested, still believing that his brother was not alive. However, the onlookers ignored his claim, and upon closer inspection of the freezer, they all saw that Kumar was indeed alive. Several people called for an ambulance, which rushed Kumar to the hospital.

Dr. Balajinanathan, the attending physician who received Kumar in the intensive care unit, said he "responds well to the treatment and is cooperating." He is expected to be discharged to his home in the coming days, healthy and whole.

As for Kumar's brother, local police are now investigating whether he had any personal motive to harm his brother and if there was an attempted murder involved.
